Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Respontra you accept these terms on behalf of your business. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind that business.
The service
Respontra connects your WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger accounts to a shared inbox, an AI agent, follow-ups and appointments. Features may change as we improve the service.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure and give access only to people who work for your business. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
Acceptable use
Use Respontra only for lawful business communication with people who have agreed to hear from you. Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, bypass opt-outs or permission controls, impersonate others, send unlawful or harmful content, or try to access another business’s data. We may suspend accounts that put customers, Meta channels or the service at risk.
Meta platforms
Messaging through WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies, which you must follow. Meta controls channel availability, account approval, messaging windows and WhatsApp conversation charges; WhatsApp usage fees are billed to you by Meta and are not included in your subscription.
AI agent
The AI agent writes replies from the information you provide. It can make mistakes. You are responsible for the information you give it, for reviewing how it represents your business and for the replies sent from your workspace. Do not use it for medical, legal or financial advice.
Trial, billing and cancellation
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders and handles billing, taxes and refunds under its buyer terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. When a trial or subscription ends, outbound messaging pauses.
Ending the service
You can stop using Respontra and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if Meta withdraws access to a channel. You can export your data before deletion.
Disclaimer
Respontra is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, message delivery through Meta, or any particular business result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will show the new date above and tell workspace owners about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Respontra means you accept the updated terms.
